Held at the scenic Paseo del Mar, the newest attraction in Zamboanga near Fort Pilar, the Hataw program was participated by hundreds of city and national government workers and was a joint program of the city government and the Civil Service Commission-9 under Dir. Macybel Alfaro-Sahi.

In the same program, Dir. Sahi presented Mayor Lobregat with a plaque of appreciation for invaluable service.
