Jeepney

The jeepney is unique to the Philippines so you shouldn’t miss riding it. The jeepney in Zamboanga is a transport usually for short distance ride to and from the different barangays (villages) in the city. Often buses take the place of jeepneys for trips to far-flung barangays or outlying towns. Jeepney fare starts at P6 to P10 within the 7 kms radius of the city. There are various parking stations, mostly walking distance from each other, for jeepneys in the downtown area depending on the barangay you to want to go.
